About the Role

We're seeking a Manager to join our People Advisory team in Brisbane. You'll partner with clients to design solutions for complex people and workforce-related issues.

  • Leading engagements end-to-end, including opportunity identification, commercial management, and project delivery
  • Client relationship management
  • Coaching and developing our team
  • Contributing to the culture and development of future leaders across Consulting
  • Co-creating solutions that respond to client needs
  • Developing your technical skills across our core services

What You'll Need to Succeed

We're looking for someone with a strong background in consulting and professional services, delivering client-facing people advisory-related projects.

  • Well-developed core consulting skills (research, analysis, presentation, problem-solving, and attention to detail)
  • Technical experience in some of our service areas
  • Demonstrable experience working with stakeholders across a broad range of clients within a professional services environment
  • An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
