Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing bid packages, and analyzing pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating and Bid Management: Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, prepare bid packages, and analyze pricing to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Projects Team and Directors to meet tender deadlines and ensure successful project delivery.
- Software Management: Update and maintain Cubit estimating software to ensure efficient and accurate estimating processes.
- Trade Scope Understanding: Ensure a thorough understanding of trade scopes and develop detailed cost plans and tenders.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
- Experience: 4+ years of local experience with a successful track record in winning multi-million-dollar projects locally.
- Skills: Proficiency in Cubit software, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in liaising with subcontractors, directors, and project teams.
