Key Responsibilities
- Developing capability and expertise as a technology professional in supporting operations.
- Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and software applications.
- Assisting with project management duties associated with delivering operational systems and software applications.
- Analyzing operational data to troubleshoot issues arising from the use of IT systems in equipment.
- Engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and provide input into technology roadmaps.
- Assisting in building standards and specifications for operational technology installations.
- Understanding and practicing safety procedures and controls to keep all staff safe while working in an operating area.
