Job Role:

Public Relations and Communications Manager

This role is responsible for creating impactful public relations and communications strategies to elevate brand awareness and perception in the market.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the PR landscape, media processes, and the ability to build strong relationships with media, journalists, and analysts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute effective PR and communication plans to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, journalists, and analysts.
    • Design, implement, and evaluate PR/AR plans with the PR agency.
    • Craft compelling content to enhance share of voice in the target market.
    • Develop thought leadership articles, customer references, and case studies.
    • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and style across all communications channels.
    • Manage customer and partner eNewsletters, website content, and social media presence.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years marketing and communications experience.
    • Solid relationships with media, journalists, and analysts.
    • Awareness of PR landscape and media processes.
    • Understanding of the IT industry.
    • Familiarity with CRM and CMS tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and maintain meticulous attention to detail and proofreading skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong inter-departmental relationship skills.
    • High degree of commitment and responsibility.
    • Skills in HTML, Java, PhotoShop, Illustrator an advantage but not essential.
