We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our team as a Leader of Learning for the CAPA faculty. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the CAPA faculty, developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of all students
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Lead and manage the CAPA faculty, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Proven experience in teaching and leading within a educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
