We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our Wynard Place team at T2 Tea.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.
  • Expand your knowledge of premium teas and become an expert in brewing techniques.
  • Effectively manage stock levels and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Prioritize health and safety, adhering to T2's policies and procedures.

About you

  • You prioritize customer needs and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
