**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive our renewable energy projects forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex engineering projects from conception to delivery.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the growth and expansion of our project activities with key customers and business partners. You will ensure smooth resource coordination with our product development activities and work closely with engineers from software, electrical, and control systems backgrounds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leading projects and tackling complex engineering problems throughout the project life cycle
  • Managing and supporting internal engineering teams and contractors
  • Coordinate with engineering R&D teams, product development, and other departments
  • Facilitating communication between teams to resolve issues and ensure project success

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Formal project management training and/or experience
  • Engineering qualifications or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience in the field
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience working in complex, multidisciplinary engineering or software projects
  • Experience in the management of projects to meet critical deadlines
  • High regard for health and safety systems
