About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Bonds Carindale Store.

Job Overview

This is a part-time position at 32 hours/week, with a Sunday to Thursday working roster. The successful candidate will lead by example in creating memorable customer connections, assist in the training and development of their team, and collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance store appeal.
  • Manage high stock volumes efficiently, processing deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum
