We are seeking a skilled Cafe Team Member to join our dynamic team in the heart of the city. As an All-Round Cafe professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

We require an individual with excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable personality, and proven barista skills. In addition to your expertise in coffee preparation, we need someone who can assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, toasting, and heating food.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Preparing high-quality beverages and food items to meet customer demands
  • Assisting with food preparation, including sandwich making and heating food
  • Operating point-of-sale systems efficiently and effectively

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience as a barista and/or food handler is highly desirable, but not essential. This Is A Casual Position:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.54 - $25.00 per hour and a flexible schedule that includes morning shifts only. This position requires no weekend work, allowing you to enjoy your free time without compromise.
