Job Title: Refrigeration Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned and unplanned service and maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performed.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Participate in company-facilitated training and service meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • A qualified or experienced background in refrigeration mechanics is essential.
  • A current valid driver's license is required.
  • A current Restricted Electrical license is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in industrial refrigeration would be an advantage.
  • Ammonia experience, although not essential, is desirable.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
  • A strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal skills are crucial.
  • The ability to work individually and in a team is essential.
  • Ability to work without supervision and willingness to work flexible hours, manage time, and meet deadlines are also important.
