**Full-Time Dance Teaching Position Available**

CareToDance Pty Ltd, a reputable Ballroom & Latin Adult Dance Company, has multiple locations in Sydney's Inner West and CBD.

We are seeking an experienced male Dance Teacher to join our team with a strong client-focused culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching students in dance theory, practice, and performance
  • Choreographing dance routines
  • Planning programs of study for individuals and groups
  • Instructing and demonstrating practical dance routines
  • Assessing, guiding, and instructing individuals and groups

To be successful in this role, applicants must have either:

  • A relevant bachelor degree qualification and at least two (2) years of post-qualification full-time work experience; OR
  • At least five (5) years of full-time, relevant work experience.

  • Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive approach to tasks and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Proficiency in Latin-dance techniques and styles

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays.
