Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Jotun Dekorativ Marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in Performance/Industrial Coatings and/or auxiliary industries, with exposure to Marine/Protective Coatings being an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets by managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by identifying relevant customer needs, prioritizing initiatives and company resources to meet customers' needs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups, and respond to inquiries to recommend and ensure Jotun is specified for projects.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Australia's local market for the industry.
  • Experience in Performance/Industrial Coatings and/or auxiliary industries.
  • Exposure to Marine/Protective Coatings is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Must hold full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident) at the time of application.
