Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Active Stylist to join our team at Lorna Jane East Maitland store. As an Active Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and styling advice.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Previous Retail Experience: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a retail sales environment.

  • Product Knowledge: A passion for activewear and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
