Mathematics Tutor Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced mathematics tutor to teach students in a positive, caring manner.

The role involves teaching students using a proven methodology that involves individually tailored learning programs, world-class technology, and skilled educators. You will be responsible for:

  • Teaching students in a face-to-face setting
  • Tutoring students to promote self-esteem and self-worth
  • Using state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct lessons
  • Being available to commit to every class scheduled
  • Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with students and parents
  • Keeping accurate records of student progress
  • Providing verbal and written feedback to parents

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • A teaching degree or final year of study
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A friendly, professional manner
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Demonstrate a positive personality
