Front Counter Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a Front Counter Team Member to join our team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including washing dishes and clearing tables.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and efficiently.

This is a full-time/part-time position with flexible roster options.

Award rates apply, with the pay rate starting at $23.38 per hour for those aged 21 or older. As a valued member of our team, you can enjoy employee discounts and free meals.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently as part of a team. While prior experience is not necessary, it is preferred that applicants have some background in customer service or retail.

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Schedule: Afternoon shift, Evening shift, Flexible roster.

Shift Availability: Day Shift, Night Shift.
