Job Title: Assistant Account Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Account Executive to join our team at Kennedy Reid. As a key member of our broking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer general insurance queries and provide accurate information to clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, quotes, and endorsements
  • Provide broking support work, including processing adjustments and adjusting policies
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous administration or support experience within an insurance brokerage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in insurance broking
