Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead our procurement operations and provide strategic procurement advice to stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our procurement organization, responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
  • Manage and administer procurement processes, including RFx events and contract management
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
