We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors, identifying their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
About Your New Role- Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including delivering individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans and ensure holistic support.
