The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors, identifying their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.

  • Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including delivering individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans and ensure holistic support.
