Exciting Opportunity for a Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial fit-out projects in accordance with time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize pre-commencement of projects on site, including external and internal inductions.
  • Prepare and issue detailed site dilapidation reports before commencement on site.
  • Set, prepare, and be involved in weekly PCG meetings with clients, prepare and issue PCG meeting minutes.
  • Organize and manage the internal site team for works, project sites, and tasks.
  • Report directly to the Project Managing Director.
  • Manage and track project budgets.
  • Attend pre-fit-out meetings with the Project Director & Sales Team as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Construction Management.
  • Ideally, the candidate should have 3+ years in commercial office fit-out construction.
  • The candidate should show exceptional problem-solving skills while keeping people on side and motivated.
