  • Providing expert guidance and support to guests throughout their stay.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Front Office role or with hotel management systems is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively handle guest queries and concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities and enhance the guest experience.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in the local language is essential.
  • Literacy and basic computer skills are necessary for this role.
