Job Description

This role presents an opportunity to work closely with Brand Marketing Managers and CRM teams to deliver a data-led digital strategy.

About The Role
  • Amp up campaigns, products, and consumer messaging across paid and earned digital channels.
  • Liaise with Brand Marketing and CRM Teams to ensure a data-led digital strategy aligns with global and local brand strategies.
  • Plan and execute content and creative across organic and paid social platforms, display, SEM, affiliates, and EDM.
  • Measure and report on ROI and KPIs for campaign delivery and effectiveness.
  • In partnership with agencies, implement strategic A/B tests to refine elements, maximise engagement, and increase conversion.
Key Requirements

Hold 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, including paid performance (SEM, affiliate, display, social media) and content planning.

  • Be proficient with Google Analytics and Ads Manager, Social Media Platforms, Meta Business Manager, MS Office.
  • Have experience in Salesforce, CRM or CDP Platforms preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with market trends.
  • Previous copywriting experience and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
