Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Professional to lead our team in implementing and managing Building Information Modeling processes across various stages of design, construction, and asset management.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for the implementation, coordination, and supervision of all BIM processes, standards, and technologies across all phases of design, construction, and AIM development.

Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and managing BIM processes, supervising multidisciplinary teams, developing and maintaining a program-wide BIM Execution Plan, ensuring BIM integration supports design coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and facilities management, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, overseeing BIM quality control, model validation, and compliance with program standards, managing CDE platforms, facilitating training, mentoring, and technical guidance, monitoring BIM progress, providing regular reporting to program leadership, and supporting digital engineering initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience coordinating and supervising BIM implementation in large-scale construction projects
  • At least 5 additional years of senior-level BIM leadership experience, managing teams through design, construction, and AIM development stages
  • Proven experience applying BIM for airport construction or expansion projects involving increased passenger capacity
  • Strong knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650 series) and EU construction regulations
  • Native Polish speaker or fluent in Polish
  • Excellent command of English for international coordination and reporting
  • Experience with major BIM authoring and coordination tools and CDE platforms
  • Professional BIM accreditation or certification is an advantage
