
Risk Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join our team at Sawyer Sourcing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk management and quality improvement, with a strong ability to drive organisational change.
In this critical role, you will coordinate risk management activities across our organisation, ensuring alignment with organisational policies, procedures, and legal obligations. You will also support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) by assisting with quality management system administration and collaborating on improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing risk management systems, with a demonstrated understanding of quality improvement philosophy and processes. They will be able to assess risks, interpret complex information, and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment: Assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Quality System Administration: Assist with quality management system administration and maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for quality and process improvements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyse data and reports to inform quality improvement initiatives.
