**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our nightfill operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of overnight tasks, including receiving and processing stock, maintaining store displays, and preparing for the next day's business.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of nightfill staff in achieving daily targets and goals
  • Oversee the receipt, processing, and storage of stock
  • Maintain store displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Ensure accurate inventory controls and maintain high levels of stock accuracy

**Requirements:**

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail or logistics environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
