Create impact as a Professional Indemnity Specialist.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage complex claims, providing full legal defence and/or resolution of all matters. The ideal candidate will ensure an optimal service to customers, maximising opportunities to process and manage claims efficiently.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
About the Role:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in professional indemnity or financial lines claims.
- Strong negotiation skills in both litigated and non-litigated matters.
- The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including Lawyers around Australia.
- Experience working in a legal or regulatory environment.
- Multiple claim management while delivering high-level customer service.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
