Job Title: Casual Sales Assistant

 

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional customer service and fashion expertise to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their purchases, providing advice on fashion trends and styling options.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about our products.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in stocktake processes, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
