We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate to Senior Accountant to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of experience in a dynamic accounting practice to take on new challenges and responsibilities, while enjoying a collaborative work environment and opportunities for career growth.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements and tax returns, as well as providing tax planning and advisory services to clients. Your expertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks, will enable you to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.

About the Role
  • Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
  • Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
  • Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
  • Expertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
