Expert Employment Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Relations Expert to fill this key role. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in employment law and industrial relations, with experience in managing client ER and IR issues.
As an Expert, you will be responsible for providing guidance and consultation on workplace relations matters, including reviewing and drafting contracts and policies, case managing employment issues, and nurturing deep relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Award framework, and a pragmatic and commercial approach to providing advice. Formal qualifications in Law or HR are desirable, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and client-centric environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice on workplace relations matters
- Reviewing and drafting contracts and policies
- Case managing employment issues
- Nurturing deep relationships with clients
