Administrative Operations Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive key administrative services at our school community. The successful applicant will work closely with the Principal to lead support staff, improve business processes and deliver high-quality operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in education. You will be responsible for operating autonomously to undertake day-to-day office procedures, utilizing information management systems to support effective and efficient reporting and administration.
You will also oversee the supervision and management of school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance, identifying capability requirements and role modelling performance standards.
Additionally, you will assist the Principal with preparing operational plans, administering day-to-day financial matters and inputting/exporting data to/from OneSchool.
