General Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Labourer to join our workshop environment. This role requires flexible, multi-disciplined individuals who can add value beyond the traditional trade assistant skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carpentry, cutting and routing plywood sheets
  • Proficiency in using hand, power, and air tools
  • Attention to detail for finishing products and installing signage
  • Ability to work within client specifications while adhering to policies and procedures
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and grow with the business
  • Commitment to achieving a zero-harm culture
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements include:

  • High-risk forklift licence (essential)
  • Current C-class drivers licence (essential)
  • LR drivers licence (desirable)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A tests

About The Role
