Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned content strategist to drive growth through SEO-driven content and thought leadership initiatives.

This role is ideal for a creative, analytical professional who thrives in building and contributing to an organisation's go-to-market strategy, culture, and success.

  • Content Creation: Develop diverse content, including blog articles, e-books, and white papers, designed to drive traffic, generate leads, and support our growth strategy.
  • SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO-focused content strategies to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic growth. Conduct keyword research, optimise content for SEO, and stay updated on best practices.
  • Content Oversight: Lead the writing, editing, and proofreading of all content pieces to ensure high quality and consistency.
  • Content Calendar Management: Assist in managing and executing a content calendar that aligns with growth objectives, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to create relevant and effective content.
  • Collaboration for Growth: Work closely with digital, communications, and product marketing teams to ensure content aligns with broader growth initiatives and campaigns.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of experience in content writing with a strong focus on SEO and growth-oriented content strategies, preferably within the SaaS or legal industry.
  • Proven track record of creating content that drives growth through SEO and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimisation techniques.
  • Ability to learn and master new topics and concepts quickly.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use content performance metrics to inform and refine strategies.
  • Excellent research, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about leveraging content to drive business growth.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members and demonstrates critical thinking beyond their own function.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
  • Experience working in or writing content related to law firms / in-house legal teams / legal technology.
