Senior Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned senior risk management professional to join our team at IBM Promontory.

About the Role

This role will involve managing projects, acting as client point of contact on a day-to-day basis, and contributing to engagements being delivered to budget and meeting profit targets.

You will be responsible for undertaking analysis as directed, taking ownership of project deliverables, including reports and presentations. You will also interact comfortably with executive management of industry and regulatory authorities.

A strong consulting background with experience in non-financial risk management, operational risk, and resilience is preferable. Additionally, you will be expected to draw upon your insights and networks to identify business opportunities for IBM Promontory to pursue.

  • Ability to inspire and work effectively with team members drawn from various technical disciplines.
  • Capacity to handle complex information, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

In addition, a track record working in a fast-paced environment with aptitude for identifying and developing innovative solutions to client challenges is required. Analytics and data expertise, along with a proven track record of delivering highly analytical and data-intensive work, are also essential.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience in Financial services, Consulting, Regulator, Compliance, Risk management, Governance or legal.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with aptitude for identifying and developing innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Analytics and data: Proven track record of successfully delivering highly analytical and data-intensive work.
  • AI: Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including AI governance, and model development and application.
