Exciting Opportunity at Albion Park
We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Solutions Coordinator to join our team in Albion Park. This role is critical to the success of our branch operations and offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations – equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns.
  • Identify & respond to customer needs in person and by phone & email.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team KPI's – customer loyalty, sales revenue, safety.
  • Complete a variety of branch administrative duties – generate hire schedules, invoicing etc.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong customer service skills, a high level of work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will be available to work Monday to Friday between 7.00 am to 5.00 pm and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience in a customer service role and a genuine interest in helping others are essential.

Salary Package
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
