About the Role:
This 12-month maximum term contract opportunity is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of ancillary projects. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure project governance frameworks are up-to-date and reflective of each project's progress.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support stakeholders with completion of project deliverables.
  • Perform all activities related to project management, including organizing meetings, setting timelines, tracking progress, and providing reports.
  • Work with Project Managers within the portfolio to ensure project frameworks are current and aligned with project progress.
  • Provide regular project reports to the Program Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Project Leadership team to track and meet key milestones within the schedule, while ensuring budget frameworks are adhered to.
  • Facilitate and participate in project-related meetings, daily project leadership stand-ups, risk, issue, and decision register reviews, and weekly meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain program/project governance artefacts in SharePoint and Confluence.

Your Requirements:
  1. A qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
  2. Prior experience as a Project Coordinator (essential) with experience managing key aspects of small and large projects, preferably in a regulated industry.
  3. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and other MS applications, particularly in creating presentations using MS PowerPoint for multiple audiences.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts.
  5. Proven ability to build strong relationships to drive a positive working culture.
  6. Ability to think outside the box about how to be more efficient and effective in what we do and how we do it.
