At our Sydney Distribution Centre, we are looking for a Casual Fulfilment Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing incoming stock deliveries, checking authenticity and accuracy before storing in inventory.
  • Efficiently organising and storing stock within the warehouse, maintaining accurate records and ensuring items are easily accessible.
  • Picking and packing customer orders with precision, packaging securely and presentably for dispatch.
  • Ensuring all online customer orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolving customer service enquiries, special requests, and order delays as required.
  • Maintaining high standards for order fulfillment accuracy, speed, and stock management.
  • Participating in periodic stocktake activities to ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • Managing and resolving issues related to order fulfillment, such as incorrect stock allocations or shipping errors.

This role requires exceptional organisational and time management skills, effective communication skills, sufficient IT and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of orders.
