Job Opportunity in Game Development

We are seeking an experienced Graphics Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing stable and reliable code, guiding and supporting less experienced team members, identifying and implementing improvements and extensions to existing graphics and related game systems, and collaborating with Art and Design to create streamlined, flexible graphics or related systems.

This is a full-time position based in our state-of-the-art game development studio. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in low-level software development, including 2+ years in the video games industry or a relevant related field.

  • Experience with at least one modern graphics API (Vulkan, Metal, D3D12, etc).
  • Experience in identifying bottlenecks and optimising existing rendering systems.
  • Experience optimising multithreaded CPU and GPU performance.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of 3D rendering techniques.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and document your work.
  • High proficiency in C++ and STL.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality graphics and related game systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver game features and functionality.
  • Identify and address technical issues and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in low-level software development.
  • 2+ years of experience in the video games industry or a relevant related field.
  • Experience with modern graphics APIs.
  • Strong understanding of 3D rendering techniques.
  • Proficiency in C++ and STL.
