  • Ensure seamless operations across all aspects of the hotel, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and customer service.
  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of friendliness, and showcasing pride in the Rydges brand.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for front-of-house staff, focusing on product knowledge and upselling techniques.

  • Food and Beverage supervisors with a proven track record or passionate hospitality professionals keen on their first management role.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Immaculate grooming standards and personal presentation.
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
