The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience working as a skilled Barista, preferably in high-volume environments serving large daily outputs.
  • Exceptional latte art skills, with the ability to consistently deliver visually appealing coffee presentations.
  • Able to multitask effectively, handling orders, preparing smoothies/Acai bowls/sandwiches, and food preparation.
  • Strong leadership skills, particularly when guiding junior staff members during peak periods such as weekends.

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • Availability for weekend shifts.
  • An immediate start date.
