Key Responsibilities- Conduct Assessments and Develop Rehabilitation Plans: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop customized rehabilitation plans to facilitate their recovery and return to work.
- Provide Expert Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to clients, insurers, employers, and medical practitioners to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Build Positive Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to clients.
- Record Progress and Report Outcomes: Keep accurate records of clients' progress and report on outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and evaluation.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay up to date with industry developments and attend professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- A degree in occupational therapy, psychology, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, social work, or rehabilitation counselling.
- Working towards full registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, AASW.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to work in different locations if required.
- Salary between $70,000 - $95,000 + Super.
