Our company is built on strong relationships and exceptional customer service. We're looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Caringbah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers at the counter, and via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, prepare and follow up on quotes, assist with aftersales and manage order entry and processing.
  • Generate new business through proactive cold calling and developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Oversee customer training and collaborate with suppliers on trade events to drive engagement and increase sales.
  • Be involved with merchandising, re-stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
About You:
  • Previous Experience: 4+ years in a similar role, ideally in a wholesale environment, with experience in trade sales or customer service in industrial supplies, hardware, or related fields.
  • You're a team player who enjoys being part of a tight-knit team environment, easy-going and confident in your communication skills.
  • You're a people person, excellent at building rapport and managing your own time effectively.
  • Licenses: Current driver's license, and work rights as an Australian/NZ citizen or resident.

**Salary Estimate:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
