We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Ozcare. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and provide comprehensive care involving assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion.
- Coordinate and regularly evaluate the effects of care provided through planner reviews and assessment, or as required, in consultation with the client, carer, and multidisciplinary team.
- Participate and initiate community collaborations and partnerships that contribute to client care services.
- Provide support and direction to Registered Nurses.
- Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), and Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
- Current Police Screening Certificate.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current Queensland driver's licence.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated application of advanced level clinical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior community nursing experience will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of computer software in the delivery of care services.
- 5 weeks annual leave.
