About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will work closely with software talents to develop and maintain online Forex trading capabilities for retail, high-net worth, and institutional clients worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough business analysis, optimizing product and business processes based on market trends and data mining insights.
  • Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, set up scientific indicator systems, and drive growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Brand Influence and Resource Integration: Enhance the company's brand influence by integrating platform resources, exploring new marketing channels, and leveraging industry trends.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry patterns, collect relevant market information, and analyze competition to inform business strategies.
  • Marketing, Promotion, and Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and sales initiatives to attract potential customers.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Internet product operation
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Willingness to cooperate with other departments to drive growth and success
  • Preferred Backgrounds: Finance, computing, and marketing sales backgrounds are preferred, but not required
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with various Internet operations tools, user conversion funnels, and data analysis techniques
  • Business Acumen: Ability to conduct business analysis and plan for product operation

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
