Job Title

We are seeking an experienced instructional designer to join our global leadership development team.

About the Role

  • This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in adult learning and leadership development to create high-impact content that resonates with diverse regional audiences.

  • You will play a key part in enabling consistent, engaging, and inclusive experiences that reinforce a unified leadership development identity across our regions.

  • As a globally-oriented instructional designer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all materials are contextually relevant, culturally attuned, and aligned with regional business needs.

  • Your responsibilities will include creating thoughtfully crafted playbooks, instructional guides, and communications that simplify complex ideas and cater to different learning styles.

  • You will lead the evaluation and measurement of global leadership development experiences, synthesising data and insights to inform ongoing improvements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong instructional design skills, advanced PowerPoint skills, proficiency in video editing, and experience in managing instructional assets through platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.

  • You should be known for simplifying complex ideas, creating clear and user-friendly content, and effectively collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong plain language writing and instructional editing skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Miro, and other collaborative tools.
