  • Implement environmentally sustainable design initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage project finances to ensure budgetary compliance.
  • Coordinate all necessary approvals for project completion.
  • Act as Contract Superintendent in accordance with contract terms.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare project reports.
  • Prepare and chair construction meetings.
  • Attend monthly progress meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Practical Completion phase.
