We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Professional to join our team in Marsden Park, Australia.

About the Role:

As an In-Home Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in their own homes. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and education to children aged 18 months, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, encouraging learning and exploration.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and cooperation.
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and communication with parents, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or higher) completed or near completion, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood theories and practices.
  • A Working With Children Check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children.
  • A First Aid Certificate, equipping you to respond effectively in case of emergencies.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated, protecting yourself and others from the risk of infection.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
