The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily horse training activities
- Monitor adherence to rules of training and OH&S obligations
- Collaborate with trainers and staff to achieve operational goals

Requirements

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with horses and knowledge of horse training activities
- Ability to supervise and manage teams
- First aid training or willingness to undertake training
