Equipment Coordinator Job

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Equipment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the equipment hire process, providing expert advice to customers, and ensuring the safe use of our equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive and keen to learn new skills, and have an interest in machinery and equipment. They will also be physically fit, able to lift and stand on their feet for long periods, and have a valid driver's license.

About the Role:

The Equipment Coordinator is a critical role that requires excellent customer service skills, physical fitness, and a strong work ethic. As the representative of our company to our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment
  • Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including loading and unloading of equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions
  • Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs
  • Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
  • Physical fitness and ability to pass a drug test
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and keen to learn new skills
  • Interest in machinery and equipment
