Aged Care Clinical Services Manager

The Clinical Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in our residential aged care facilities. This position requires exceptional leadership and management skills to lead and coordinate clinical services under the direction of senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Care Coordination: Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Staff Development: Conduct competency assessments, provide training, and mentor staff members to enhance their clinical knowledge and skills.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, including progress notes, care plans, and clinical assessments.
- Liaison: Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an RN with no conditions.
- Prior experience in a lead or management position within aged care is highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of clinical services, quality standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
