As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply for building permits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, including contracts and associated documentation
  • Coordinate contract appointments and variation appointments with clients
  • Assist clients with colour selections and product re-selections as needed
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and post-construction items
  • Liaise with internal departments, including estimating and drafting teams, to resolve client issues and clarify project progress
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a volume residential builder environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and onsite companion software
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
