Catholic Early EdCare is a network of 130+ long day care, kindergarten, and outside school hours care services dedicated to nurturing children's social, personal, respectful, spiritual, creative, and confident growth.


The successful applicant will work on a casual basis, creating fun recreational and educational experiences that support the well-being of children aged 6 months to Kindergarten. They will provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment, working collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.


This role offers a competitive base hourly rate depending on qualifications and experience, plus uniform allowances. You will also have the opportunity to maximise your hours across multiple service locations, create professional relationships within the school and wider community, and access our Employee Assistance Program.


To be successful in this role, you will hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent, or be studying or willing to enrol in study. You must also hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and have knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Create engaging educational experiences for children aged 6 months to Kindergarten.
